The Kansas City Scholastic Chess Associations

Chess in Schools Program

The Kansas City Scholastic Chess Association is now sponsoring public, private, and parochial school teachers who run after-school or before-school chess programs.

The program is as follows:

1. We will give the school free entry into chess tournaments.

2. We will donate chess sets and boards to participating schools.

3. We will run a fundraiser tournament at the school.

We are now accepting applications for the 2008-2009 school year.
